Rakshay Dhariwal is a Delhi based entrepreneur, whose ventures focus on luxury-lifestyle in the hospitality industry. He started his career in 2008 by taking the franchise of Kerala Ayurveda and setting up several Ayurvedic Wellness Centers in Delhi. In 2012 he made his mark on the F&B industry in India by launching the award winning speakeasy-styled cocktail bar, PCO and has since opened several boutique F&B ventures in Delhi, and is looking to expand each of his brands by launching 30 new restaurants and bars all over the world in the next 8 years.
Rakshay has lived and studied in India, Australia, South Africa, Hungary, Philippines, Singapore and the USA. He studied Marketing in Telecommunications from Indiana University - Bloomington. He can often be found in the private room of PCO, sampling cocktails and doing menu trials.

For Eeshaan Kashyap, creativity is the axis his life revolves around. As the vice president for
Pass Code Hospitality, he is always thinking of ingenious ways to make food & beverage exciting. He is a trained chef from The Oberoi Centre for Learning & Development.
He has been the youngest executive chef for the Oberoi Group with his specialization in western culinary & Indian coastal food. With his flair for food & exploring new recipes he is an avid traveller. His love for spirits & cocktails makes him the “taste maker” of the group. He heads the operations & branding for the company, apart from other departments.
Presently he is addicted to Jamun Kulfi, which matches his entire Purple wardrobe.
Anand Bajpai
General Manager - Operations
A seasoned industry professional, Anand was the first member of the Pass Code Hospitality family, apart from the directors, and continues to put his 14 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry with companies like the Imperial hotel, LAP nightclub and Grand Hotel, to good work for the company.
As General Manager-Operations, he truly enjoys working with his colleagues and doing everything in his power to cater to the needs of restaurant patrons. A critical thinker who believes effiencies can always be improved, he has a habit of constantly reviewing processes and is always identifying ways to elevate the experience of the guest.
Yogesh Dhamiwal
Head - Strategy & Development
Yogesh Dhamiwal overses the firm’s business operations and development. Prior to his current position, Yogesh was À Ta Maison’s General Manager at Pass Code Hospitality itself, and Operations Head at critically-acclaimed modern European Tres Restaurant since 2014.
From 2011 through 2014, Yogesh worked as a Business Executive at Radisson Mayfair London and is a specialised hotelier who has worked with International hotel chains like Intercontinental, Hyatt & Radisson worldwide. Yogesh received a hotel management degree summa cum laude with highest distinction and is an alumni of Business School, Middlesex University, London.
Rahul Gomes Perreira
Executive Chef
A series of exciting stints in some of the finest International and Nation-wide kitchens have led him to where he is today: Executive Chef of Pass Code Hospitality. Born and bred in Goa, Picu graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, post which he got selected to the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD) programme. Picu has worked and headed the restaurant kitchens of three of The Oberoi Groups Flagship properties - The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Mumbai, The Oberoi Bangalore, and the Trident Hyderabad.
In 2016, Chef Picu became the Executive Chef of À Ta Maison (ATM), New Delhi where he won several awards for best European cuisine in the capital. In 2017, he was helmed Jamun as Executive Chef and quickly made the restaurant one of the most talked about dining venues in the city.
Always wearing his signature smile and even more signature crocs, Chef Picu believes the kitchen is like a beach—where you soak up the sun, sip on some chilled beer and simply have fun. You can take the Goan out of Goa, but you cannot take Goa out of the Chef.
Matthew Parry
Director of Beverages - Group
Matthew has a decade and a half of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked across the world, from a local bar to seven-star hotel and everything in between.
He has trained in the world-leading bars and has contributed to the vibrant cocktail scene in London, where he worked for Joel Robuchon at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, a two Michelin Star restaurant, the incomparable Soho House and Buddha Bar, London. He helmed the bar operations for Q43 in Dubai next, as well as Mahiki, before moving to Kuala Lumpur where he was Head of Mixology at KL Cocktail Co.
Matthew has an unquenchable appetite for all things connected to food and especially drink. Whether it be sipping exquisite cocktails at the Savoy in London or toasting with grandma’s moonshine, he is always up for a new experience and a good time. He has been a professional drinker for a decade and a half, and can link almost any subject to alcohol, because he cares… about good drinks.
Vicky Thakur
Brand Ambassador & Bar Manager
Often recognized for his signature hairstyle, Vicky is affectionately called ‘Curly’ and makes some of the most delicious Mood Cocktails behind the bar.
Part of the Pass Code pre-opening team, Vicky Thakur began his career in Chandigarh in 2007, before moving to Delhi in 2008. In Delhi he has worked for Old World Hospitality at India Habitat Center, before joining the pre-opening team at Indian Accent. After that he moved to famed nightclub, LAP and then Anidra at the Aman, before joining Pass Code Hospitality.
Vicky can often be found at Jamun, Ping’s and PCO, or representing Pass Code at various events across the country. When cocktailing, he loves to play with different flavours, fresh fruits and spices and his absolute favourite cocktails to drink are stiff classics like Negronis, Old Fashioneds and Boulvadiers.
Chong Sherpa
Mixologist & Trainer - Group
Pass Code Only’s very own ‘cocktail ninja’, Chong Sherpa has been practicing all forms of mixology for the past seven years—from speakeasy-style classic cocktails, modern twists and tiki drinks. He has worked behind the bar with several International bartenders, and he credits this on job training and experience as the reason he has earned so much recognition in competitions across the country, from ranking Top 8 in Bacardi Legacy National Finalists to winning the 2016 Monkey Shoulder Ultimate Bartending Challenge.
Chong started his love affair with mixology when he enrolled in Cocktails & Dreams Bartending School with cocktail guru Yangdup Lama. In the past, he has worked at Olive Bar & KItchen, AI Japanese Restaurant, On the Water Front & Anidra at the Aman.
A great eye for detail, Chong loves drinks with a bit of a twist—Spagliatos, Hanky Pankys and Tom Collins.
Shakir Ahmad
General Manger, Jamun
Shakir’s inclination towards hospitality began at the popsicle age, since his father was associated with the same industry, and his experience has led him to where he is today, as General Manager of regional indian restaurant, Jamun.
After completing his hotel management from IHM Chandigarh in 2011, he started off as a hotel operational trainee at The Westin Gurgaon, and later joined the same company as a management trainee, and was later promoted to an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Le Meridien Pune. After heading the Indian restaurant Chingari for 2 years, he left for Kuwait to discover the diversity in food and beverage offerings internationally. After two years, he was thankful for the opportunities he had, but could no longer ignore the longing for home, nor ignore the sweet voice of alcohol calling him back to her embrace!
Known for his funny and occasionally twisted comments, he calls himself a ‘super nicely sarcastic guy’.
Amruta Malkar

Seasoned marketing professional, Amruta has years of experience across a wide range of sectors, from a leading business news TV channel in the country - CNBC TV18 to an industrial design innovation engine, Future Factory, to a hospitality giant brands like Hakkasan and Yauatcha. All about getting results smartly, Amruta has time and again managed to create an impact with her work.
With her educational background in Mass Media, Advertising and Marketing, she leverages her experience to create bespoke marketing strategies for companies to generate a unique brand identity and give an impetus direct revenue growth. Her meticulous approach coupled with her keen eye for small details, helps her spot opportunities in areas that others might’ve missed.
In her free time, Amruta is a full time Canophilist and will be seen around her fur babies. Apart from her canine love, she indulges in cooking, reading and making handicrafts.
Akansha Malhotra

Akansha Malhotra is a Delhi based Graphic Designer with experience across all mediums, and has a passion for elevating brands through visual design. She has been instrumental to developing and executing the design and branding for several of Pass Code’s ventures including Jamun and Blitz FC.
She studied graphic design at Pearl Academy, New Delhi. Prior to joining Pass Code Hospitality in 2017, she worked for a design studio, where she worked on projects combining graphics and identity, architecture and interiors, products and packaging, exhibitions and installations, websites and digital experiences, advertising and communications.
Apoorv Tevatia
Music Curator & DJ, PCO & PCH
Apoorv’s motto is that playing music is a storytelling art.
Professionally deejaying since 2006, Apoorv is now a renowned name in music circles. His philosophy of rhythm, his style, and talent have taken his music to new and exciting heights, and with the beat—he has elevated the experience for crowds night after night.
Apoorv enjoys mixing music ranging from House to Hip hop, Commercial to Dance Classics and Electro Swing, to create the perfect set. He has shared consoles with celebrated DJs from across the world and considers his network one that he can bank upon. With names like Bob Sinclair, Felix Da Housecat, Sharam, Tocadisco, DJ Snake, & more in his repertoire, he’s made his mark on the world of music & Deejaying.
V.V. Sudhakaran
HR Manager
Over his 36 years of work experience with different corporate and private organizations, V.V. Sudhakaran has worked with a variety of firms—from small companies to assisting the CEO group of the world’s largest media group.
He has worked with companies like CitiBank and STC before joining the erstwhile USSR (currently Russia) embassy’s Information Department where he spent nearly 10 years and got laurels and awards like best employee many times. In 1992, he started his long professional with the Times of India where he spent time in different important departments -- including Finance, HR and CEO Group, before retiring in 2015.
Being a food lover, his hobbies include traditional food making with innovation in addition to gardening and other charitable work in association with local bodies. An ardent believer, he helps with the day to day activities of the largest South Indian temple where he has been a Working Committee Member for quite some time.
Drishleen Sethi
Director, Ping’s Cafe Orient Kolkata
Graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Fashion Media & Industries from Lasalle College of the Arts in Singapore, ranked amongst the top Art Institutes in Asia, Drishleen Sethi today stands as one of the proud directors of Ping’s Cafe Orient, Calcutta.
After working for a rapidly growing online portal for pre-loved luxury fashion in Singapore for a year, she returned to India to pursue her hidden passion - an entrepreneurial career in the F&B industry. After touching base with a lot of people from the industry, Sethi shook hands with Rakshay Dhariwal to bring their Healthy Asian Street Style restaurant to Calcutta and challenge the strict culture of “Indian Chinese” to introduce a more authentic one.
She currently also does Marketing and PR for her sister’s clothing label 'Esha Sethi Thirani', alongside her Multi-label store Advitiya (also in Calcutta), and plays the role of a freelance stylist when she finds the time. If not sipping on a Midori Sour or New York Sour at Ping’s, she can be found trying out some seriously offbeat shoes (her primary weakness)!
Anshul Kumar
Director, Ping’s Cafe Orient Kolkata
With a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a double concentration in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University, Anshul landed a job with Motherson Reflectec as a Financial Analyst in Michigan. A year into the job, he realised his inclinaton was not so much in crunching numbers, but instead was to pursue his true passion – a career in the F&B Industry.
He moved back to Calcutta and began his journey as a Subway Franchisee. He currently owns a store located on a popular commercial street, and another in the reputed Tollygunge Club. He then forayed into the restaurant business as one of the directors of Ping's Cafe Orient along with Drishleen Sethi, Rakshay & Radhika Dhariwal in his hometown, Calcutta.
Not only is he a Foodie with a passion for trying out various cuisines, he is an absolute Bollywood Buff! When not at work, you can find him relaxing on a recliner, munching on popcorn, sipping on a glass of wine & watching Akshay Kumar movies!
Sourav Nag
Sourav developed a passion for the Hospitality Industry at a very early age, he completed his graduation in Hospitality Management from Napier University, UK after which he worked in the United Kingdom for around 8 years. Prior to this he oversaw operations and strategic planning for White Castle Hospitality and Smoke House Deli.
An ardent fan of Sourav Ganguly and likes to hoike sixers and score goals with CR7 on FIFA during his time off.
