Ping's Cafe Orient, Mumbai

Ping’s is about ‘responsible dining’. This environmentally-friendly,  healthy Asian street food restaurant has made its mark in Goa, New Delhi, and Kolkata and is now coming to Mumbai. Fun and casual, yet quirky and chic, this urban Asian brasserie brings fresh, authentic South East Asian street food to discerning patrons with a menu that presents street food the way it was initially prepared—using farm-fresh ingredients, freshly-ground spices, and herbs to bring out the robust flavours of the cuisine.

With delicacies from Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Burma, Japan and the Philippines, the menu has low-calorie, vegan and gluten-free options, while preserving the authentic goodness of each dish. Moreover, the Lower Parel outpost has some signature healthy delicacies such as the Jain-friendly SoBo Fried Rice which is made with nutrient-rich red rice & vegetables and low-calorie Shirataki noodles which have less than 100kcal a portion. A much-talked-about brand that has received multiple awards nationwide, Ping’s is excited to be pinging in Kamala Mills, Mumbai.
