TOSS THE BOUQUET

Rose-Infused Smoke Vodka, Marigold Syrup, Lime, Pomegranate Cloud

Named for the famed bouquet toss at the end of a wedding, this cocktail uses roses and marigolds, which are often found in Indian wedding bouquets, that lend a beautiful floral aroma to the drink. It fizzles with the promise of romance and some good old-fashioned fun.

DON'T BE A STRANGER

Stranger & Sons, Passionfruit, Split with Forms of Dairy

“Don’t be a stranger,” is something you say when you meet someone who strikes your fancy—especially when they are someone unexpected. Speaking of unexpected couples, this drink uses the unlikely match of milk and cream to clarify the cocktail.

FASHIONABLY LATE

Barrel-Aged Tequila Negroni - Tequila, Campari, Sweet Vermouth

An ode to Mexico and Italy, where people have been unintentionally fashionably late their entire lives! We swap gin for tequila and then we ‘rest’ the cocktail in a barrel just long enough for it to create the perfect impression.

CASSIUS

Clay-Aged Old Fashioned - Jim Beam, Sugar, Bitters

Arguably the world’s sexiest and most famous boxer, Muhammad Ali was born Cassius Clay in the bourbon-brewing town of Louisville, Kentucky. Fun fact—he was also a bit of a ladies’ man. Where women were concerned, he wed four, and bedded hundreds more!

THE DOXY

Barrel-Aged Rum Old Fashioned - Old Monk, Chocolate, Sugar, Bitters

Did you know that a Doxy was another name for a mistress in the 16th century? Here we have cheated on our classic Old Fashioned with a sultry, dark and mysterious Rum, laced with some truly sinful Chocolate to boot.
